His career spans across various sectors including the Bhutan National Bank Ltd as the Chief Resource Officer, prior to which he dedicated over 7 years as the Head of the internal Consulting Services for Druk Holding & Investment and at the Ministry of Economic Affairs in various capacities. His expertise includes entrepreneurship development, strategic planning, management consulting, and HR management.
