Today we speak with Amy Jo Ellis, founder of the Court of Atonement. Amy Jo describes herself as a reluctant spiritual medium who was thrust into the world of mediumship when her boss was murdered and she found herself seeing visions of what had happened. Amy Jo describes how her mother’s visions helped her develop her Court of Atonement process.
After the break, we talk about how to resolve the energy of a nightmare, and Amy Jo takes me (and the listeners) through a CoA process to help me be more accepting of help. We end by talking about to cost of worry and how to move from anxiety to surrender.
