If you are involved in the basketball training world and you didn't know the name Shane Hennen before the pandemic, you do now!

Shane took over at the Pentagon in Sioux Falls, SD a little over a year ago, and he and his team haven't stopped! The Pentagon is known as the home-base for the Sioux Falls SkyForce, the Miami Heat's G League affiliate, but Shane has turned it into a basketball training powerhouse.

We ramble through a conversation on training, coaching and the progress he made last Summer with professional players like Justin Patton, Reid Travis, DeAndre Liggins and more.
