The Dog Days are the days of struggle. You’ve been through them. We’ve been through them. Some of the most inspiring people in the world have definitely been through them. Now we want to learn from them. This is a podcast for people who want to improve their lives through other people’s experiences or teachings without anything held back. Ollie, Ian and Junior are on a mission to learn from the dog days we have all been through. Whether it’s spiritually, entrepreneurially, physically or nutritionally - we’re here to ask the stupid questions, so you don’t have to. Honesty guaranteed. Preachiness not.

AND WE ARE BACK!

Ladies & Gentleman, its been a long time coming - 8 months to be precise, but more than ever we are ready to bring you all things relating to life, its struggles and how to get through them together. Of course, discussed in true Dog Days fashion.

Ian McKenzie is currently taking a hiatus from the show and focussing his efforts on 'FC Not Alone', while Junior Eldstål is playing football professionally again in Thailand. In the meantime we have a new Co-Host for this 4 part series. His name is Jack Simpson. We cannot wait to deliver you his contributions and life experiences to the show.

In this episode we are joined by an old member of The Dog Days - Josh Connolly. We talk about all things Internal Family Systems. Delving into the mind of one another to work out why we act in the ways we do towards others because of our sub-personalities.

Internal Family Systems combines systems thinking with the view that the mind is made up of relatively discrete sub-personalities, each with its own unique viewpoint and qualities.

We hope you ENJOY!

Stay tuned for next weeks episode on Addiction!
