The Divorce Circle Podcast, Ep. 1: Litigation of Mediation?

In the very first episode of The Divorce Circle Podcast, I am joined by attorney Karen Redmond, who specializes in family law.

We discuss the benefits of mediation and collaborative law, as opposed to litigation, when it comes to your divorce.

SUBSCRIBE to receive notifications on every new episode of The Divorce Circle. In future episodes we will be speaking with lawyers, financial advisors, divorce coaches, mental health professionals, psychologists, accountants, and everyday people who have been through the journey you are undertaking.

About Karen: when it comes to the practice of family law, Karen Redmond believes there is a better way. After twenty years of courtroom litigation, where she witnessed families torn apart by the adversarial process, Karen’s desire to help and not harm has taken a place of precedence in her law practice. Her current focus is primarily on mediation, where she facilitates collaborative conversations crafted to meet the needs of each family, and the individuals involved.
