Happy Monday everyone! Today I am sharing a powerful energy clearing meditation that I teach all my Reiki I healers. As a healer and intuitive, maintaining your energetic hygiene is essential for your success as a healer. In order to stay close to your intuition, it is vital to keep clearing out foreign energies and stay close to your voice within. This meditation can be practiced daily if you'd like and is great to start practicing in preparation for the holiday season. Enjoy!
