Giselle is the founder of Chea Seed, a digital application that aims to make expert career help accessible for diverse groups of people. In this episode, Giselle shares best practices on leveraging technology and digitalization to plan your career, to set career goals and seek mentors and sponsors. We discuss how internal and external biases and socialization experiences drive the differences between how men and women approach career development.
