Formerly the Chief Revenue Officer, she drove top-line growth and led the company’s sales teams. Rosie is also an active advocate for workplace culture, serving as an executive sponsor of GroundTruth’s DEIB efforts and a leader in mentorship and women’s empowerment initiatives. A 2022 Top Women in Media and AdTech honoree, she’s also a board member of the DPAA and WE.DOOH. Prior to GroundTruth, Rosie held leadership roles at a4Media and Zapp360, and held sales roles at Verve Mobile and ITN Digital.

About Kate Scappaticci:
Kate Scappaticci is the Chief Operating Officer at GroundTruth, where she oversees business operations and drives sustainable, profitable growth across the organization. She manages partnerships, data strategy, and the Customer Success teams that fuel GroundTruth’s revenue engine. Since joining in 2016, Kate has been a key force in transforming customer-facing operations and launching the company’s global Customer Success function. A founding member of the Women@GroundTruth employee resource group, she is a fierce advocate for culture, collaboration, and elevating women in ad tech. Kate previously led global client services at Medialets, and began her career in account services at a branding and marketing agency. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Boston University and is based in New York.
