Before continuing to slash calories or jump to the next diet, these are the 10 things we look at as Nutrition Coaches to determine if a client has actually plateaued.

  1. Review all trend lines of long-term detailed tracking data (1:43)

  9. Activity; NEAT, training intensity & frequency (24:01)
