Our seventh guest is Harlequins Club Captain, Stephan Lewies – Steph shares with us how he got his start in the game and his rapid rise in South Africa including a call up to the Spring Boks. He’s also really honest with us about his long battle with injury – longer than he ever expected and shares key insights into what his leadership style is and how believes you can get the best from everybody.

We also discuss his dreams of travelling, how the move to Quins came about and the immense privilege he feels and leading this group. Naturally we also cover any tips he has on saving and money management and what advice has helped shaped him.
