Our fourth guest of the series is Luke Northmore. Hear all about how he went from working in a pasty shop to studying at Cardiff Met University, and finally playing for Quins.

After a few set backs due to injury, Luke speaks about still wanting to be involved with the team even when in rehab, and coming back to the pitch stronger. During his time off due to injury Luke has been busy by learning to play the guitar.
