On this weeks episode we sit down and chat with Kylene Redmond, the founder of Black Diabetic Girl.  In this episode we discuss how implicit bias lead her being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes before finding out she actually had Type 1, all of involvement in the T1D community (Black Diabetes Girl, Chatting with Everyday Type 1's, and Dope Diabetic Girl), we talk about community and how important it is to have one when managing stress, and what the Type 1 Community needs to understand in order to be more inclusive.
