How Much Ram Do You Need for Photo and Video Editing?

This video will help you decide how much RAM you need for photo and video editing. ►⏩►⏩ Check RAM recommendations and prices in the links below…

►► Kingston 16GB of RAM - https://amzn.to/2ni6Y8S

►► Kingston 32GB of RAM - https://amzn.to/2nXNozj

Selecting the correct amount of RAM for your video or photo editing laptop is a very important decision. If you have the budget you should never be afraid of purchasing more RAM than you think you may actually need. More RAM will equal a faster laptop.

What does RAM memory do inside of your computer?

Every time you open up a program (Photoshop Premiere Pro, Indesign, Google Chrome, etc…) you are using RAM memory. The more programs you have open at one time the more RAM memory you will use. If you use up your RAM memory your laptop will run slow and laggy.

With Chrome using 1.5 - 2GB of RAM, Premiere Pro using 4GB of RAM, and Photoshop taking up 1GB or more at idle you can see how you can quickly use up your RAM memory.

Alright, that gave you a little preview about what to expect in this week's video. Enjoy! Happy RAM shopping!
