In this episode we will be talking about the Maternal Mortality amongst Black women and women of color. We will go over the history of obstetrics, racism and bias, patient-physician relationships and how we can move on in the future to protect not only ourselves but future Black and Brown mother. I will also be showcasing my poem called "Ode to the Black woman" on today's episode.
