I have spent the past few months doing womb spiral. It's a journey to awaken the feminine, investigate trauma and listen to your body and yoni. There are 7 gates moving through the female organs which each cover a different element of your life. I went through this with Kellie from Soul Healing and she is one of my trusted guides when it comes to this work. This is not one of my typical interviews, it's more a debrief of my experience, which I felt was really valuable to share.
