In this episode I cover the basics and fundamentals of nutrition to help further your knowledge and understanding within this topic.

I start by covering the importance of nutrition and seeing food as fuel. Then I go into explaining macronutrients: the different types, sources and what they are used for in the body.

Likewise, doing this also for micronutrients and conveying the importance of these, common deficiencies and supplementation considerations to ensure you are getting enough of specific micros.

Then I go into what could be the most important takeaway from this podcast in terms of how you should perceive your eating habits and the 1 method that I use to drastically improve the quality of my meals and overall diet.

I then sign off by discussing a few different strategies that will help you along your journey by utilising meals timings, preparation and the 80/20 for lifelong adherence.
