Episode Description

In this episode I share why I am moving from publishing seven days a week to a deliberate Monday through Friday cadence. I talk about drawing clear lines around weekends, mindful consumption, and why I would rather you take ten focused minutes and then get on with your day than feel obligated to finish every episode. I also get into authenticity, how I think about AI tools, and why if you see me on camera it is me.

We dig into hustle culture, what years of trial and error taught me, and how I am choosing a calmer, more deliberate pace while still staying consistent. I explain why I build systems, why I prefer to own my products and services, and why I do not rely on platform monetization or third party promos. The goal is simple. protect your attention, protect mine, and keep the message clear and useful.

You will hear how this shift supports the inside/out approach, why what drives your actions matters more than checking boxes, and how to set boundaries with your tech without pretending it does not exist.
