In this episode of The Almost Daily Podcast, I talk about a phrase that can quietly hold us back. You know the one. “That’s just the way I am.” It sounds harmless, but it often covers the very habits or beliefs that keep us from growing. When you catch yourself saying it, take note. Write those things down and look at them with honesty and patience.

You don’t have to fix everything right now. Awareness is the first step. Over time, you’ll decide which parts of yourself are worth keeping and which are ready to evolve. Give yourself the space to change when you’re ready, and trust that you will.
