This episode is a recording of a speech I delivered for a Toastmasters Club meeting in 2015. This was the first time I delivered this speech, a proposal to establish a federally administered license to drive. The original recording was accomplished by placing my phone on the podium/lectern and utilizing the internal microphone. Thankfully, I was able to clean up the noise. Speaking in front of a live audience is one of my greatest joys. I utilize our Toastmasters meetings as a way to exercise my skills while simultaneously fine tuning and learning new tactics.
