Hey there, find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Let’s begin by taking a deep, energizing breath in through your nose, and a soft, complete breath out through your mouth. Again, inhale… and exhale.

As you breathe, imagine you’re drawing in fresh new energy with each inhale. It’s bright, clear, and revitalizing. With each exhale, release any sluggishness or tiredness.

Today, we’re going to renew our energy. Imagine a brilliant sun shining down on you. Feel its warmth on your skin. With each inhale, let the sunlight enter your body, filling you with energy and light. With each exhale, let go of any fatigue or heaviness.

The sun doesn’t hold back its energy—it shares it freely. You too have a wellspring of energy within you. You just need to reconnect with it. Feel your inner light beginning to glow. You’re not running on empty—you are recharging.

This feeling of renewed energy is now available to you whenever you pause to reconnect with it.

Take one final energizing breath. As you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, revitalized, and alive.
