Taking us through what happens during labour is the Doc who is as skilful as he is handsome - Dr Jonathan Nettle. This episode is full of advice for what dads can actually expect to happen during a birth and what they can do while their partner is in labour (hint: bring your pom poms). We cover both caesar and vaginal births and Doc Nettle tells us how dads can help in each case, what they should definitely NOT do (hint: drink some coffee) and also what to do if they are feeling like they might pass out…. It’s a wild time.

Dr Nettle works out of Frances Perry Hospital in Melbourne and can easily be found via google. He’s a legend (and as we said, handsome - check out the videos on our socials!)
