Back to the comfort of home dads. This week, Dr Golly is guiding us through the admittedly intimidating first week at home. For the first time, there’s no medical professionals on call so this podcast will help with all the little things you can do to help settle in. From where to put the baby in the bedroom, to the changes to mum’s brain, it’s a brilliant episode. Plus, there’s heaps of places you can call for help, like the 24/7 maternal child help line or your GP.

Dr Golly has so much great stuff as well - a book called ‘Your Baby Doesn’t Come With A Book’, a podcast called ‘The Experts’ and an online sleep program which I loved. Just google Dr Golly and you’ll find all his work!
