In this episode, we talk about Hannah's decision to begin talking with a councilor every week. It took us a bit to find someone for her to talk to... but prior to her officially beginning therapy, I wanted to sit down and talk with her. We talk about how we found a therapist, what some preconceived notions about therapy are, and what her expectations are on this journey. It's a great "beginners" podcast, because we are both rookies in this field... and on a new journey together.
