Child sexual abuse is a serious crime and must be dealt with severely, however, despite strict laws, perpetrators get away. The recent Bombay High Court ruling has added fuel to fire where a man was acquitted from the heinous crime  under POSCO Act and was convicted for a lesser crime. The episode raises a very important question, 'Are our Children safe?'
