Connor Abel is a former Marine, an insurance broker, a land flipper, and he runs an e-commerce business with his wife. Connor really was adamant about surrounding yourself with like-minded people so that you can fast track your wealth-building. Some ways that you can build your network is by joining an online Mastermind, just like Phil did, going to meetups, or simply messaging people you know that are successful. Another interesting topic that was discussed, and this was a first on this podcast, was the evolving world of digital real-estate within the Metaverse. This is a very new world that is in its infancy. It is fascinating how people are utilizing this platform to add value to peoples lives as well creating unique investment opportunities that most people do not know much about yet.
