Why do we focus on one negative comment while ignoring hundreds of positive ones? Your brain's negativity bias is evolutionary survival programming that now works against you. In this episode I'll share 3 practical techniques to overcome negativity: the 5-to-1 rule, "so what" reframing, and negativity timers.Just know that focusing on the negative is normal and it's not something you need to 'fix'. And hopefully some of the techniques in this video can help you out in the moment!
