Day vs Night. Which time is most suitable for studies?

Nowadays, I find it hard to sleep at night. Even when I force myself to sleep with some music on bed, it doesn’t work. So I have no choice than to wake up and do something relevant with that time. You are either a morning person or a night-owl. That’s what we’ve been led to believe. When it comes to learning, what’s the best time to study?
