Eligma is an AI-driven and blockchain-based cognitive commerce platform. Whatever that's supposed to mean. This ICO is from Slovenia, and in this video I share in detail my opinion about it. Again DYOR. They have no prototype atm and mainnet is May 2019, pretty far away imo.
