Verbally chew the newsletters I’d be most likely to get value from.
In a typical week, I receive about 40 emails that I wish I had time to read, but I put them on a ''later'' label that goes unread.
The thing is, there are so many times when I would be walking or driving where I wish there was a seamless way to listen to my newsletters. This is because most of them are written like stories.
Feel free to contact me if you want to start that business with me.

Using a brand as a MOAT.
In my opinion, podcasts are going to revolutionize content discoverability for content creators trying to build an audience.
With clips, you get 10 YouTube videos for 1 recording, meaning you could be found 10x more often
The YouTube recommendation algorithm needs to understand what you are saying and not just the description.
An increase in episode frequency can 10x your growth potential.
We need better tools to promote and understand how to build audiences around podcast marketing initiatives.
Reflecting on my own curiosity:
We will consume content by choice, by channel, and just-in-time in the future. It is unlikely there will be 'lifelong fans' because people get what they need from content at the time they need it and then go about their lives. (Pondering about that)
There is a lot of interest in that business opportunity meet side hustles 'Smart passions' Creating side hustles around your interests and looking for demand with keyword tools, etc.
This is a smart way to test new business ideas.

Build communities
And sell for money as soon as possible
Take feedback from your paid customers, apply it, and focus on growing your business.
Initially, you will have to do some 'dirty' work, as Sahil says. Making cold calls, for example. This is so true. That's a great way to build traction and build a thicker skin. (Gotta get used to getting no's.)
