We have been approaching spirituality wrong. Spirituality is not about self-help, ego, or money. It is about building a reverent practice to your ancestors, spirits, and medicine.

Mainstream spirituality does not speak about the important of being in right relation to the spirit world. Instead, it focuses on certifications, regalia, and status.

Spirituality will demand humility. It requires sacrifice, shadow work, and to know our medicines. ⚡️
