Part 2 of the DE&I series - Equity

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) has been an important topic that has come to light especially within the last year after seeing how people of color are being treated in the workplace and literally on our streets. As a woman of color myself, I wanted to understand more about how to bring DE&I into the workplace but that requires a greater understanding of what DEI is over the surface meanings we all know. Although DE&I come together, each term has a different meaning which my guest, Dr. Shindale Seale and I discuss.

Dr. Shindale Seale is an expert on DE&I, and teaches this to her clients as well as to students at the university level. She is a DE&I Strategist, Founder of a nonprofit, & Professor of Organizational Change, Design, & Leadership.
