It's the second week of the month which means I am flying solo!
Today, I chat about all things lifestyle and habits. Now that we are coming into spring, now might be the perfect time to give your lifestyle and routine a bit of a spring clean. As you grow and change in life, sometimes your habits, goals and routine change too. Every now and again it's nice to pause and reflect on your current habits and see if they are aligned with the person you want to be right now.
