Keanu Gonzalez & Deb Krizak | Ep 7

Keanu started his journey at Brent Street School of Performing Arts in 2007. At 16, he made his Musical Theatre debut in Baz Luhrmann's Strictly Ballroom The Musical, where he was the youngest ensemble member and understudied the lead role of Scott Hastings. His impressive career includes roles in CATS (as Alonzo and covering Rum Tum Tugger) and Disney's Aladdin (ensemble and Kassim cover). Currently, Keanu stars as Rooster Hannigan in Annie the Musical.

Beyond theatre, Keanu has showcased his versatility through projects like 13 Rooms, under Rafael Bonachela of Sydney Dance Company, and lead roles in film and screen productions, including The Siege of Robin Hood. From stage to screen, his dynamic talent continues to shine.

Deb is a celebrated performer with a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from Adelaide University. Since relocating to Sydney in 2001, she has built an illustrious career in musical theatre, beginning with her debut in Mel Brooks’ The Producers as Ulla's understudy. Her diverse credits include A Chorus Line (as Sheila), which earned her multiple award nominations, Hayes Theatre's Sweet Charity, and Anything Goes, where she won a Glug Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Beyond musical theatre, Debora has headlined major events, recorded with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, and appeared on Australian television as a presenter and performer. She has also showcased her comedic talent as one half of the cabaret duo The Carpenters From Kempsey. Debora’s passion and versatility continue to light up stages, most recently in roles such as Tanya in Mamma Mia! and Killer Queen in We Will Rock You.
