Mind & Body Connection Through Yoga: How Yoga Saved Him From Being Paralyzed with Yoga Teacher, Max Munro

In this episode of Crazy Nomad Podcast, we have invited Max. Max was the youngest certified Budokon yoga teacher at 17. Instead of going to university, Max decided to continue his yoga teaching training & work in London. However at the age of 21, Max had a life threatening accident after falling off a roof and woke up with a traumatic brain injury.

Although the doctors had warned of paralysis due to the severity of his brain injury, Max was able to have a miraculous recovery. Max’s doctors were baffled by his ability to recover through his deep mind and brain connection through yoga. After two years of recovering, Max returned to yoga as a teacher to show the massive health impact and benefit of yoga on not only the brain but the mind as well. Looking for a new start, Max moved to Bali to travel and expand his yoga career. In this episode, Max talks about the benefits of Yoga,  his plans in Bali, how he overcame a life-threatening accident and how to live a life of gratitude.
