Join me in leading this revolution of courage to inspire, empower and challenge you to take your power back and change your life. I will be discussing my journey and where I have used courage to change my life but also interviews with seemingly ordinary people who chose courage and are now doing extraordinary things in their life. Courage calls us in our fear. It calls us to each act of bravery and perseverance that our duties require. And it calls us beyond ourselves to a greater common good. It's our decision to answer the call. The question is are you ready?

Episode 37: What are you running from?

In this weeks episode, I interviewed Jordan Connell, who shares his journey of running away from pain and trauma and how he learned to run towards something bigger. Jordan discusses his experience of running across the United States to raise awareness for youth experiencing homelessness and how it led him to start Treat Collective, a dog treat company with a mission to make a difference in the lives of pets, the planet, and homeless youth. He emphasizes the importance of vulnerability and building authentic relationships with other men, as well as the need for men to come home to themselves and find freedom and peace within. Jordan encourages men to be open and honest with themselves and others, and to surround themselves with friends who will support and challenge them in their healing journey. Jordan Connell is living his legacy.

From running 40 miles a day across America to running a pet nutrition company Jordan is living his life to make a difference. With each step, Jordan is committed to helping others find the strength to overcome their pain and the courage to live their legacy.
