In this weeks episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Valerie Seolas, a shamanic practitioner and priestess in training. Valerie shares her journey to the shamanic path and the importance of connecting deeply with the body. She discusses the process of shedding identities that no longer serve us and the integration practices that help bring about transformation. Valerie emphasizes the need to trust the unfolding of life and to live from the heart. She also explores the concepts of play, frequency, and co-creation in creating a fulfilling and authentic life. Valerie is a Shamanic Practitioner & Priestess in Training, and is passionate about helping people learn how to connect deeply in their bodies in the places of their truth, to come into inner union and express the highest version of self in the world. She is a guide for the process of shedding versions of self that are no longer true through traversing the shadow realms to see what is no longer in alignment or serving us to come into full expression of the next highest truth of who we truly are. This healing process brings freedom and vitality which opens up our ability to create life from the truth of our soul. We are then awakened to our highest capacities which enlivens our way of moving and creating in the world in a soul-conscious and aligned way. She believes that the best and highest way we can serve in the world is when we give ourselves permission to live and express authentically. Val is a curious seeker of truth and loves to delve into the deeper meanings of life.
