We're calling for a national inquiry into pooled debts to give Americans a chance to fight back

This is Public Service Announcement for all Americans paying on any debt that has been pooled into some kind of investment. HELP US BEAT ALGORITHM OPPRESSION BY SHARING THE LINK TO THIS EPISODE OR THE LINK TO OUR SITE. How do you know if this applies to your debt? How do you know if you should participate by visiting our education hub for resources?

  1. You have a debt that is not owned by the people who originated it. If you need to find out who owns your mortgage or car you can call the people taking your payments and ask them. You can also look on your credit report to see if the names match. If they don't your debt has been sold and you need to participate in this national inquiry. Even if they do match, you still need to inquire because you can't see hidden transactions.
  2. Most of the time, loans that required you to give your SSN are going to be pooled. This includes your mortgage, car, and student loans; but can be any kind of loan.

In this episode we focus on mortgage servicing practices that typically apply to all pooled loans.

Why are we doing this? We are listening to our audience quite frankly... this is what Americans want.

Across the nation, middle-class America is living in fear of financial ruin because of what we call "corporate greed" and "government overreach." We even see the government is now fully privatized allowing private businesses to earn profit from trampling over constitutional rights.

Americans are not going to stand for it and we are dedicated to helping the people take the charge head on. We are joining these communities of people who are arming themselves with education and taking action to shield themselves from being taken advantage of.

In this episode we give our listeners a perspective that might help them understand why it is necessary to inquire into their mortgage right now. Whether the debt is in good standing or in any kind of collection activity... we want all Americans to stand together to make these banks show proof of their legal standing on every single debt they claim to have rights to collect.

This allows us to expose the system for what it is when a bank can "loan" money they don't have but consumers cannot pay money they don't have. This is what we call a ponzi scheme at its core. We see it and we're not afraid to call it out.

Will you join us?

To start, all you need to do is make the inquiry. If you don't know how you can invest $27 to download our consumer guide which educates readers about how to spot misrepresentations. It includes a sample letter for mortgages that can be adapted to inquire about any pooled debt you have.
