Brendan Buckley was born in Morristown New Jersey and grew up in Mount Arlington. In this episode he speaks of his upbringing having a South Korean mother and an Irish American father. Brendan also speaks of his love for music, self-care, giving back and helping others. Brendan speaks about his journey as a musician and when he first found his love of drumming. After graduating from the University of Miami, Brendan started his music career and toured with Shakira. Brendan speaks of his travels all over the world and learning about different cultures.
