Brad Smith's dad, an Air Force pilot during WWII, was born in1919. So it made sense that Brad had a dream to be a pilot or an astronaut. He met Allan Shepard and Neil Armstrong, found out he was colorblind so had to pursue a new dream. Ended up being the guy giving the go, no-go to the shuttle missions, parlayed that into a tech job, finally becoming the most interesting Customer Experience(CX) Expert ever!
