This time Dre has a great conversation with Clare Macdonald ahead of their final show with Hillsburn. Clare won three ECMAs in 2022 - including Album of the Year! They are also the drummer for the Halifax punk rock outfit Like A Motorcycle - they have just released their new album “Pretty Pleased”, and that is no doubt going to bring home some hardware.
Clare shares their journey from school band program to DAL University, joining two bands during the pandemic, preparing to perform with an orchestra for Hillsburns final show, and looking forward to what’s next.
