Mental embellishments can sometimes happen, and when they do:
1. go easy on yourself,
2. claim a mulligan,
3. and learn what happened, so that you won't let it happen again.
Mental embellishments are when you go off on a tangent or add a bit of flair to the information that you are getting on a soul level.
Whether you are doing reads for another or accessing spirit or your own wise self for your personal benefit, you need to be present and consciously connected to the link you have created.
You also need to make sure that it is a tight connection that you don't unplug from. Tuning in with numerous soul senses will help you maintain integrity.
