In this episode Michelle and Lesley talk about the phenomenon of social paranoia. That sneaking feeling that others are talking smack about you, or at the very least, the very feeeeling that others are being less than genuine. We discuss what to do when we’ve been really hurt and dishonoured by people who we called family, spouse, colleague and friend. We wish it got easier as we get older when others hurt us, but what we’ve learned is it may not hurt less, but it does get easier to learn to forgive and move forward…we share what the secrets are for doing just that. We’re glad you’re here!
