So in this episode, we are taking a helicopter view by doing a stock take on the regulation, and to explain some of the terms, acronyms to come to an understanding of the current position, and we explore what a Compliance Framework for sustainability look like. Since the podcast was recorded, the CSDDD has been endorsed by the European Council in March 2024.
