Election day for the Mayor's race in New York City,and the Governors races in New Jersey and Virgina are just days away. I give my predictions on who will win as well as some pros and cons we may see as a result. With the government still entrenched in a bitter shutdown fight, I offer an approach to a resolution as well as a path forward to more civility.
