AJ is the CTO of ThinkSys, a 450+ person software development agency that helps companies build and scale their engineering teams. They specialize in Development, QA, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Prior to his experience at ThinkSys, he co-founded Capyx, a FinTech company that created a SaaS based solution for Cap Table Management, which was acquired in 2018. Additionally, he is an angel investor and advisor to numerous startups in the LA area.
