RADIO303 shows or any of my mixes over the past decade or so you will know that Crazy P are an absolute favourite act of mine. I've also got great memories of seeing them live in Petrčane and Tisno a few times when we used to frequent the Garden Festival.'This Fire' is one of my favourite tunes ever - my
tune of the year 2019 and on the
RADIO303 at 100 mix. Outstanding.The 'Mirror Dancing' segment is taken from
Bill Brewster's DJ History podcast interview with Danielle. I LOL'd as hard as Bill did when I was listening to that tale on the podcast when it came out, and it became an instant RADIO303 jingle :)The day before the news about Danielle landed, I had played 'Any Signs Of Love' on the show, and had commented that when her soaring vocals arrived on that tune that it was "another total arms-in-the-air-hairs-on-the-back-of-your-neck moment from Crazy P". What a band. What a voice. And you know from the outpouring of grief and love to everyone getting that news - what an amazing person...Thanks for all the sunny memories and beautiful music Danielle, rest in peace X.
