In this podcast I tell you what NOT to do during this Xmas period. Having been that guy that used the festive time as an excuse to condone laziness and overconsumption, I can tell you there is no happiness in that.
December is 31 days, lets say you let loose on 6 of those days with food and booze, thats still 25 days to balance that out.
You can still have a great time at Xmas without gaining 10-14lbs of unwanted fat.
