In this short podcast I stress the importance of not only having goals but 'writing them down'. This has been proven to increase the chance of achieving your goal by up to 42%. Writing down a goal allows you to look at it daily and visualise what it will feel like to achieve it. It is one of the most ignored, yet vital, things that someone should do if they really want to achieve a goal. Get it down on paper and get to work!
