Welcome to The CLIMB—a podcast for men who are tired of coasting… and ready to rise.
I’m Teko Bailey—husband, father, coach, and your guide in the climb. I believe there’s a hero inside every man.
But that hero doesn’t just show up on the mountain peaks…
He’s forged in the fire.
In the silence.
In the valleys.
In the everyday.
This isn’t a podcast about pretending to have it all together.
It’s about waking up to the purpose inside of you—
and learning to walk it out with God, step by step.
Some episodes will be short, raw devotionals.
Some will be honest solo teachings.
And others will be conversations with men who’ve walked through the storm… and kept climbing.
Whether you’re navigating fatherhood, rebuilding after failure, or searching for what’s next—this space is for you.
You don’t need to climb alone.
And you don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to take the next step.

Priceless in His Eyes: Keagan Denney on Worship, Identity, and the Secret Place
When your worth is defined by applause, platforms, and pressure, worship can quietly turn into performance. In this episode of The Climb, Teko Bailey sits down with worship leader and songwriter Keagan Denney to talk about what happens when you strip all that away and make it only about Jesus. Raised under a piano in Pasadena, Texas, shaped by a ministry family, and refined through loss, financial strain, spiritual warfare, and grief, Keagan shares how God turned his love for music into a call to minister.
From planting a church in Nashville and losing critical funding overnight, to walking through the death of his grandfather and a dark battle with depression, Keagan opens up about the moments that forced him to decide whether his identity was built on feelings, followers, or the presence of God. He talks about the night God ripped depression out of his life, the power of the secret place, and why real freedom starts when you stop accepting every label the world tries to put on you.
Together, Keagan and Teko confront the noise of social media, self-diagnosis culture, and trends in the worship industry, and call worship leaders—and anyone listening—back to clean motives, holy confidence, and the truth that in Christ you are intentionally designed, fearfully and wonderfully made, and priceless in His eyes. This episode is for those leading from the platform, serving in the shadows, or fighting in private, who need a reminder that it is not about perfection, it is about presence.
