This number comes from the 2023 Faith Communities Today (FACT) survey, one of the most comprehensive studies of U.S. congregations, conducted every five years since 2000. FACT 2023 surveyed over 15,000 congregations across various denominations and faith traditions.

* Congregations with extensive online giving reported per capita giving of $2,428.
* That's about a 34% increase per attender.
